Your responsibilities as a member of our customer management team will include sales and continuous customer work to our existing customers in Finland, consisting of the top companies and public organizations. With support from our organization, you will be given full responsibility for the entire customer management process and leading the long-term customer cooperation.
An essential part of the position is to inspire our customers and help them to gain concrete value from our communication software products. Your contacts in the customer organizations will consist of top decision makers in different businesses and organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of the existing customers by supporting them to reach their own business objectives with our software products #One and Studio
- Expanding the collaboration with existing customers by finding new sales opportunities and use-cases, and closing sales
- Building long-term customer success and retaining customers
- Leading implementation phase trainings online and on-site
Expectations:
- Passion towards sales and customer success – previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
- Competitive attitude and drive to meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Drive to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Willingness and ability to lead yourself and take ownership of your daily work
- Native fluency in Finnish and professional fluency in English
